1. Tax Time - Big time for all you tax accountants, start reaching out to last years clients and attracting new ones.
2. Tax Time - Non-accountants, partner with your accountant or accountants in your area that you know are good, to offer their services to your customers as added value. 3. Review – For business customers, help them review the year that was in the area for which you help them. A proactive free analysis goes a long way in relationship building.
4. Review – For individual customers, you can also help them review the year that was in the area you help them. Make it fun, e.g. if you're a massage salon, measure their year in stress they relieved with their massages, if you sell shoes, measure their year in pride they felt in rocking new shoes.
